Option A – Recruit & Manage (Outsourcing)

  • Monthly Admin Fee: ₦15,000, ₦25,000, ₦30,000 per staff

  • Includes salary management, welfare, training, compliance

Option B – One-Off Recruitment

    • 15% – 25% of annual gross salary

    • Free replacement within one year

    • Includes police report & background verification

Option C – Domestic 6-Month Service Plan

    • 60% of staff salary (covers 6 months)

    • Includes background checks

    • Replacement included

Option D – Consultancy Only

  • 30% consultant fee

  • No background checks

  • Client assumes liability
