How Our Process Works
At Edward Edicha Resources>, we operate a structured 3-Day Observation & Confirmation Process to ensure client satisfaction, proper staff evaluation, and transparent engagement.
This process protects both the client and the agency before full contractual commitment.
Step 1: Staff Deployment for 3-Day Observation
A selected candidate is deployed to the client’s organization or residence for a three (3) working day observation period.
During this time, the client evaluates:
Competence and performance
Professional conduct
Communication and attitude
Suitability for the assigned role
No service payment is required during this observation period.
Step 2: Client Confirmation of Suitability
Within the 3-day period, the client must formally confirm whether:
The staff is accepted, or
A replacement is required
Confirmation may be provided via:
Official email
Written letter
Authorized phone communication
Timely confirmation ensures smooth continuation of the engagement process.
Step 3: Background Checks & Documentation
Upon receiving client confirmation:
Police report (where applicable)
Background verification
Guarantor validation
Medical fitness confirmation
Documentation processing
will commence in accordance with the selected service option.
At this stage, applicable service fees become due.
Step 4: Contract Becomes Binding
Once confirmation is received and documentation processing begins:
The selected service option becomes legally binding.
Payment terms take effect.
The staff engagement is formalized under the agreed conditions.
Failure to provide confirmation within the observation period while retaining the staff may transfer responsibility and liability to the client.
