3-Day Trial & Observation Policy

To ensure client satisfaction and suitability of staff, Edward Edicha Resources operates a structured 3-Day Trial & Observation Period under applicable service options.

1. Trial Deployment
  • A staff may be deployed to the client’s organization or residence for an observation period of three (3) working days.

  • During this period, the client is expected to assess the staff’s performance, conduct, and suitability for the assigned role.

2. No Payment During Trial
  • No service payment is required during the 3-day observation period.

  • This period is strictly for assessment and evaluation purposes only.

3. Client Confirmation Requirement
  • Within the 3-day trial period, the client must formally communicate acceptance or rejection of the staff.

  • Confirmation may be made via:

    • Written letter

    • Email

    • Official phone confirmation

Failure to provide confirmation within the stipulated period may affect further processing.

4. Post-Confirmation Process

Upon receiving confirmation of suitability:

  • The agency will proceed with the selected service option.

  • Background checks, police reports, and documentation processing (where applicable) will be conducted.

  • Payment terms and service agreement become binding at this stage.

5. Liability Clause

If the client fails to provide confirmation within the 3-day period but continues to retain the staff:

  • Edward Edicha Resources shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or charges incurred during that period.

  • The client assumes full responsibility until formal engagement procedures are completed.

Important Note

The 3-Day Trial Policy is designed to protect both the client and the agency by ensuring transparency, proper assessment, and structured engagement before formal commitment.
